Never received my product. Tracking said I got the product delivered, but I was working from home that day and nothing got delivered. Walmart said to wait 2 more business days, which I did, and still no package. I got my money refunded for the product from Walmart, but Walmart still charged me for the taxes and freight. So basically, I was out of few dollars because I choose to buy from this company. Never again.

Well it says “14 inch” but when it arrived, the sticker on it says “15.6” or “15.8” inch. Can’t remember which one. I bought my daughter a laptop for Christmas for college. I specifically ordered a 14 inch bc that is the size laptop I got her. The intent is for her to put it in her backpack to carry around campus. I’m not sure how well that larger size sleeve that I didn’t order is fitting in her backpack. At least it’s not clothes. I would be pi$$ed if I ordered a specific size clothes %26 you just decided to send me a size bigger than my request. Do better. I don’t care if it is an overseas vendor. Reading is fundamental.
