Nothing wrong with the seller or anything. I personally just didn't like these so much. The fit was always off no matter what and buzzing.

Full refund request to my local Walmart with refund of extended warranty as well

I never spoke with anyone . Packaging was great . My only issue is if I'm in a car you can't put the radio on . Or near someone who's on a phone . The Aids start ringing in my ears. Yet there great when I go in stores when it's loud .

can't use it tried to bring it back but wouldn't take it back. Pretty sad when you disabled and got a limited income buy something new that you can't use. it like buying a part for you car and its the wrong part and cant be used and can't use it WHAT DO YOU DO WITH IT. TOTALLY WRONG

no talking to them but they were hot on sending as promised which is nice with now days when that doesn't happen alot

The seller did a very good job on describing about the hearing aids n also did good on packing them to be delivered. Their easy to operate them, clean n to adjust the volume when needed.
