Considering how you can package products differently that are known for shipping damage. Respond to customers daily. You receive your money right away, in advance of us receiving a product. We’re trusting you to do the right thing and send a working product that well packaged.

Does not respond to numerous attempts on a missing part of my order!!Worst customer service ever!Do not buy!!Ordered an entertainment center with fireplace insert and only received the fireplace insert!Walmart is no help as it was 3rd party,so ridiculous!Should not be allowed to sell on their app if they aren’t responsible for bad service!!Where is the entertainment stand for my fireplace!!$300 down the drain!!

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five, it’s because I think the seller needs to be more transparent about the amount of effort that needs to go into putting this thing together. I watched several videos and it really wasn’t as easy some people made it out. But that could be on me. I am not somebody that’s good with this sort of thing. But I did get it done (although I confess, with a couple of neighbors help)and it does look absolutely adorable.

No response to the damage product I purchased. I need replaced immediately
