these are swings that will last for sure 10 yrs sure20yrs, school grade swings doesn't hurt your hands i need to have another adult swing at same time,but in louisiana stuff has to be raised and ill update my review in 1yr 2see if it can battle louisiana seasons i m sure as long as he doesn't pick the paint itll last i would recommend 5☆ i wish you could pick the chain paint

No communication needed. Item was defective. It was a string of lights that the bulb covers on several of the lights wouldn’t stay on and the lights kept shutting off and I had to mess with them several times to make them come back on. Shipping and handling was good, no issues.

Do not know why I never received the lights. But there has been quite a bit of items that I ordered and never received, and for those particular items, I requested a refund, and to date, I have not been refunded.

The multi color lights are exactly the color shown in the picture. Each light is hard durable acrylic and since the bulb is LED, it does not get hot. We love the multi function s and received many compliments from neighbors .
