Poor manufacturing. Rust issues out of the box with patio set staining chair seats and patio pavers. Pictures available in product review. Delivery and assembly was satisfactory.

Terrible service from Vicllax. They sent me a product that was inferior to what was pictured on the website. After many, many back and forth e-mails - mostly being answered by AI and not addressing my issues, they gave me contradictory instructions about what to return and ultimately only gave me a partial refund. I was done dealing with them and dropped my requests for a full refund. STAY AWAY!!!

We love this shade! It was, relatively easy for my husband to install. it is porous enough to let air flow through but is a perfect shade with a bit of transparency.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with the seller due to how the product was received in having chipped pieces. I haven’t been able to get a response.
