Excellent and efficient customer service!

I purchased this outdoor dining set for my small patio. It had the features I was looking for- metal round table, with swivel chairs at a price that was affordable. The set is attractive, and the chairs are comfortable. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. However, one of the chairs had a defective base. I contacted customer service and within a day they replied and continued to communicate with me to resolve this issue. The customer service agents were gracious, kind and very informative. I was sent a new base for the chair, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
