Had an oddly shaped print that needed to be framed. Couldn't find anything to fit and the custom choices locally just didn't look right. Having ordered from Art to Frame before we pulled up their website. We ended up finding three frames that we liked, and decided on the green. The preview feature through the website was a big help. Frame came quickly and well packaged. Turned out great. To us it's a custom frame at a non custom price. Thanks!

My daughter passed away. These were the small version of the posters her Dad made for the funeral. It's been 4 years and I finally brought them out to frame. Love the frames from this company - I'm an interior designer and these are the best acrylic ones I've ever found. The delivery time is very slow though. I know we're in a pandemic so shipping is slow everywhere but hopefully they can change this soon.

I picked this out to go with a set of mostly black and white pictures with blue accents and it was a perfect fit for that! The pictures were also a very strange size and the frame was cut to precisely the size I asked for. Very nice work and will make an awesome gift!

I have purchased from Art to Frames 3 times. The last purchased came and the frame was exactly what I ordered and hoped for. Unfortunately the glass was damaged in shipping. Contacting Customer Svc was conveniently easy and the issue resolved immediately. Totally enjoy my experiences with this company.

The package arrived and when I picked it up off the porch you could hear the shattered glass rolling around inside. I didn't even open the box because I feared getting glass everywhere!! I tried to call and had to leave a voicemail. I then sent 2 emails to customer service with no response. I did, however, get a survey email. I just want a refund and to return my broken frames but I can't get anyone from this company to answer me. I guess my next step is PayPal.

This item was allegedly shipped with the rest of my order but I have yet to receive it as it was not in the box with the other 3 frames in my order. I have contacted ArttoFrames but they have yet to fix my issue. I would love to know when I will be receiving this frame.
