No cup holder, only side pockets, but my husband LOVES his chair.... it is sooooo comfortable! It's his favorite outside chair now 😁

Easy to setup and put away. No cupholder. Two pockets, maybe that's the cup holder. Not much support on the cushion for head or neck.
