Perfect frame for showing my watercolor in a national art show. Simple lines, well constructed frame which does not pull attention away from the art piece.

Frames came full of black scuff marks that won't come off and one has gunk painted into the corner.Currently trying to decide whether to return or to sand down the frames and repaint them myself. Some also have the wrong hanging equipment.Also this review will only allow 5 or 4 star ratings. My actual rating is a 1.

I ordered this frame primarily because it's very difficult to find specialty-size frames that don't cost an arm and a leg. I received this frame several days after ordering; packaging was sturdy and the frame was well-secured within thick cardboard. Assembly was easy - the typical metal bendable pegs held the cardboard back on. I was a little surprised at how cheap the thin Plexiglass cover seemed, but it made the frame much lighter, and it was clear, with no smudges or nicks, so it can pass for glass. I did not use the hanging system provided, as I already had screws in the wall, but I paid for the system with the level and it was included and seems easy to use, as well.

The frame seems of good quality, however, my white frame arrive filthy and with scratches. I needed to use a MR Clean white sponge to remove the scratches and dirt. Luckily that did the trick or I would have had to return. Also, in one corner of the frame the wood did not meet up and I had to fix that.Laurie

Item arrived vert fast, however, there were several black/grey markings on the frame that I had to scrub off and one side seems to have a "ripple" effect going on. I bought the more expensive frame because of it's bright white color but if i buy again it will only be the super cheap frames. Definitely not worth the price.

Beautiful frame. Arrived on time, packaged perfectly. Unfortunately it showed up chipped. Great customer service with very quick responses to my dilemma, and have offered a few positive solutions.

Overall good quality, even if the frame edge could be nicer (I ordered a white frame and the joints are pretty visible and dark). However, I am very disappointed that for that price I didn't get a proper backing, only a piece of cardboard. I makes a pretty poor support, and it looks pretty ugly if the picture you want to frame is significantly smaller than the frame!I don't think I would order from ArtToFrames again...

The Frame is lovely however the glass came chipped on the edges and there is no backing to protect the artwork - just cardboard. I feel I will look elsewhere for frames to protect my art more carefully.

None of the corners were tight--I had to fill all of them and repaint. Some of sides of the frames did not align on the top surface requiring me to break open the corners and re-glue. They are white frames but came with dirty smudges on them. I've spent two days making them usable. These were the worst frames I've ever bought. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would have returned them. I will not recommend your company.

I have sent 2 emails to the Contact Us address regarding my frame arriving broken, but still have heard nothing in return. In addition to the glass being shattered the custom matt board was scratched and the frame did not appear well crafted.
