The size was difficult to find. Vs. Amazon it was $3 to $4 less expensive than going directly to art frames. I went through many venues till I landed with this choice. Your chat line was not open. Telephone service was available, answered promptly by a human being and I was given a promo code. Excellent experience with a difficult to find frame that had color choices and is for a 3 year old nostalgic poster!!!!

I needed a 16x16 frame for a print in my daughter's room. All I wanted was a simple, white frame that didn't cost $5. I absolutely love arttoframes I had two 2525 art pieces that I couldn't find frames for, so went on the internet to get custom frames, everyone else's custom frames were outrageously priced. Ordered from arttoframes and they are beautiful! Just ordered another smaller frame recently and it is also great! Came a little "dirty" but nothing I couldn't smudge off easily, it's expected when something is hand made.

You know those artists who sketch names on long (32x1) "canvases" all over NYC that no one who lives there ever buys? A year or so ago my son begged my husband for one while we were in Chinatown... he caved. Fast forward to today - we moved from Manhattan to Virginia at the end of August and are now SO happy that my son begged for the beautiful piece spelling his name in the shape of NYC landmark buildings. It sat in our apt unframed from then until now... because where can you find a frame that size in a store? Nowhere! Thank you so much for the perfect frame. It looks amazing hanging on his wall. I have twins with matching frames in which one broke. This was to replace the broken one. I think the frame is excellent quality the only problem is that the inset in the back was set smaller than my last frame so I had to cut the prior mat down. I wish the inset on these frames was wider and the back they sent was more than cardboard. I'm glad I saved the back of my prior frame and cut that down too since the backs of these frames are cheap cardboard.

While the quality of the frame was fine, I was disappointed that it was not at all what it looked like on-line. I was ordering a frame to match one that I had ordered before and it was smooth/flat. The one I was sent was beveled. I ordered another one last week hoping that it will match the latest order. Now having to spend much more that I wanted for shipping, etc. Too much of a pain to return at this point.

Delivery was quick however the glass was broken.
