it is a value for money , I see the water leakage even with tight fit. As the leek only happens drop by drop when shower is used , I am ok with it. It will be a best product if that leakage is not happening.

I know that this product works good but had to buy it at home depot. our store operations are the worst. I ordered this for delivery and was brought 20 cans of chicken salad instead. but this product is great doing what it does.

It cracked upon installation, I did not over tighten it because I'm not that strong. Leaked and then just started spraying everywhere. Piece of junk don't waste your money.

Didn't realize how hard the Georgia water was until I installed this shower filter. My hair feels much softer since using it and my skin more hydrated. Definitely as substantial difference and worth every cent.

Product doesn't perform as expected and advertised. Leaks. Have purchased product and had to return several times. I have been using this product for over two years. The last year have experienced problems.

I bought an model sl2 first but it seemed and had to return I spoke with sprite customer service and they said must have been 3rd party seller as Walmart sells model slx very happy with slx noticable difference in water quality

I do not feel like the filter works well, even compared to the kind i used to purchase on elsewhere. I will not purchase again.

Don't try to use it if you already have an extension arm or sprayer. It's so heavy almost broke my pipes

this is just your average shower water filter that takes away basic things like chlorine, bad smell etc.

The purpose of purchasing is the water here is not good so we want to implant this on our shower, worked really good my husband observed the changes in hair fall and smoothing. Worth buying
