A few weeks ago I cooked my first 10 lb turkey, I seasoned it and I did put a little water in the bottom to not ruin the bottom but the turkey came out nice and juicy I really really like my electric turkey roaster!!!! I received it with no scratches or dents

Seller delayed delivery for over a week; however when the roaster arrived I cooked a 25 lb. turkey and I love this oven. No one I knew had one so I never bought one. I became interested in making bone broth and homemade pet food so I made the purchase. It is so convenient to cook a turkey as I have never had 2 ovens I now wish I had bought one years ago. I love the roaster especially as it has a defrost setting and will fit a 30lb. turkey.

Easy instructions. Quick setup for roasting and recipes to “save” time to prepare. Quick roomy easy design. Great!

It works great. I made a turkey and it didn't take very long to cook and the skin came out crispy but the thing I disliked was the delivery it came in its original box and not put in another box so when they delivered it you can see it was dragged on floor and got banged up on one of the side of box which caused damage. I had to a screwdriver to make it even . Meaning pushing the black edge where dent area is over the white base. It still works, but with a few little scrapes on the black edge and a little dent on handle. It needs to be repackaged for delivery in another box with protection to prevent this. Ps. I didn't bother returning because it was two days before Thanksgiving and my oven is broken so I use this instead I would've returned it because of the dent.. But again it works great!!!!!

Purchased to use for baking a 22%23 turkey. Set thermostat to 325 degrees. It baked very well, had to turn down heat to keep from over cooking. Wanted to be sure it was completely cooked. Kept liquid in bottom of pan or it would have burned drippings.

Make sure you double check they didn't send the right one. They sent the smaller 24qt roaster

Didn't even get to try it out. Damaged! So disappointed. They shipped this roaster in its original box and the box was it fine shape. Just seems to be poor quality control by the manufacturer. Besides a chunk out of the side, there was a fish eye on the enameled pot. I purchased this to cook down large batches of tomatoes for canning, but with the spot not having enamel, the acid in the tomatoes would cause it to rust. I've been waiting all week for this to get here but unfortunately it is going to have to be returned. I won't be ordering another. Perfect size for what I was needing though. I will say that all the reviews I read before purchasing about the edges being sharp are true. Shocked they would manufacture something that is such a hazard. The ends of the pot were curved under so you are okay holding it there but to wash it would definitely pose a risk of being sliced open.

The roaster worked fine, but the box and the roaster was dented badly. I couldn't return it since I was using it to host an event the day after it was delivered.

I received my box and put it aside anticipating using it to help cook for Thanksgiving. I then noticed that it had extra tape on the box. I opened the box and it was dented at the top where the trim covers the cooker. The styrofoam was in great condition. I am praying that I will be able to use it!!!
