This frame is beautiful - decorative and nice quality. It was purchased to frame some antique photos and the frame does my photo justice. Packed very securely. Took almost 5 weeks from order to arrival, but would gladly order this frame again.

The frame came with cracked glass. I thought I ordered it without the glass. I will keep the frame. I wasn't impressed with the hanging tack so will do my own. Not sure if i was charged for the glass.

It has been very challenging to work with this company. The item is high quality and looks nice, but took over two months to arrive. Also, I never received an order confirmation when I submitted my order, I checked my spam folder regularly, and nothing ever came. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and at least had a payment receipt. Over the intervening 2 months I contacted the company via email on at least 3 occasions to check in on my order or at least get an order number with no response. My item finally arrived but it was the wrong size. I have been trying to deal with customer service for over a week now and it has been frustrating. A lot of emails back and forth where I need to repeat myself and a lack of understanding of the basic issue which is that they have the wrong measurements for what I submitted and there is seemingly no way to resolve this. Very frustrating.

Poor updates on a very delayed order. I understand there is a pandemic- but - it is not too much to ask to be updated on order status - especially when payment was collected on the day of order. Took over 2 mos and I had to request status! Expected more from this company who I have used for years.
