I'm not gonna take a star away just because the directions were so bad because the quality of these are beautiful. I ordered four of them by the time I got to the second one. I was pretty good at it. It is made of pressed wood so you have to be careful if something doesn't fit just right you have to just play around with it a little bit and be careful using even a small hammer because it can crack you that pressed wood really fast that happened to me once it was my fault, but I was able to repair it so all is good

This is exactly what I was looking for when looking for something to store my vinyl collection. The selling point for me was that it came with legs and didn't just sit on the floor like other cubed storage. Easy to follow directions made it less time consuming to put together. Very happy with this purchase.

I have a big wall and wasn't sure what I wanted to do with it. What I did know was that I wanted storage to house my records, memorabilia and my plant babies. I had a different cube system and loved them. So I figured two 8 cubes would be perfect! I'm so glad I was right. Anyway, 1 box arrived perfectly- however, the 2nd one arrived with a very noticeable gash in the box which of course went through and damaged one of the side pieces. I'm still upset about it, so BHG needs to add more protection, especially because they aren't real wood. Besides that, everything was quite easy to do. The instructions were very clear- so, much appreciated! They're stabile enough. Inserting the dowels does take a bit of strength- if you have a rubber mallet I would highly recommend it. I'm pleased with the look of them and they definitely house everything I needed it to.

I love everything about it except the coating is basically paper and can be scratched off easily. The older storage organizer I have is more of a plastic outer lining so it’s pretty much water proof whereas this one will get welted. Besides that it’s very sturdy, easy to assemble and beautiful!

I love the color of these shelves as well as the color of the stand, but these are not sturdy shelves. The top came off when I went to move it. The pieces break or come apart so easily. I am thinking of screwing in extra screws for safety because I like them and have to keep them. Also, came with a minor scratch.

Horrible instructions. Horrible quality materials. It is wobbly but looks decent from afar. Will be replacing with something that's real wood in the future. This isn't worth the price. Should be around $50-$60 considering how pathetically cheap the materials are.

DO NOT WASYW TOUR MONEY! This item is listed as sold by Walmart and Better Homes %26 Gardens brand. It also states it will arrive next day when I check out with my address. The item was repeatedly delayed and did not arrive for 6 days. When it arrived today the box was damaged and there is no hardware to assemble it. The seller is useless and their communication is abysmal. No solution has been reached at this point. I will be filing a credit card dispute.

Delivery was later than commitment. Delivery instruction was to leave on walkway, automated response replied with "will leave at door". A note was placed on steps to door saying dont leave pkg at door and driver still left at door. Aaaarrrggghhh! Hardware was short 3 of 12 caps (to cover cam lock holes), instruction for longer wood dowel finish projection is inaccurate , insufficient supply of dowel glue - make sure you have some of your own (Elmers or equal.)

Assembly is confusing. Some pieces have the same label (such as G1 ) but take different screw or dowels. There are 2 different Sized dowels so it can be confusing. And you have to glue them in so hopefully you don’t mix any up. The material the shelves are made out of is an ultra cheap particle board. More like a hard cardboard than wood. The last piece in the box had a hole in it. It looks like they put the box down on something because it’s a square hole goes through the cardboard and into the shelf on the bottom of the box which happens to be the top of the middle shelf so I can’t even hide it. You have to call the manufacturer to get the replacement part and they are only open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. We were assembling the shelves on Friday and noticed at about 5:35pm waited till Monday to call and all you get is a vague voicemail.

Had several of these in the past that were great. They still are but we needed one here. This was AWFUL!!! Arrived scratched and damaged. Very flimsy STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND.
