Delivery fast, assembly easy. Literally took 20 minutes, easy instructions!

Instructions ask to be delivered outside my apt door. They left it downstairs and I had to have help getting it to my apt. I use walker and can't do big delivery

I was pleasantly surprised to get such a nice stool! Judging by the price, I didn't expect much but it really is nice!

Parts were not all together

This is the most comfortable bar stool, easy to assemble, very nice looking. Swivels and raises up and down easily. Great cushioned seat and back.

Its not the highest quailty but its pretty descent quality for the price

The chair assembled as expected and is sturdy. The fault, which I think is major, is that it is ergonomically wrong. The chair pitches you forward even if you are using the foot rests.

I gave a poor rating, because of bad customer service. They ignore customer correspondence. I will not buy from them again!!
