I bought these shorts for my husband who is 5'10 and 185lbs and he's wearing the size medium. These cargo shorts are very thick and warm shorts with soft material and a slight stretch. The pockets are very big, enough to carry his phone and keys or wallet comfortably. He wears these around the house in the winter, or to the gym on cooler days too. He doesn't like to play sports resting turn because they make him sweat too much.

My husband is wearing a size large in these red And1 cargo shorts. These have a drawstring that you can make tighter as he needed them to be tighter. He is normally a size 32/34 and these were a tad big on him. In addition to the cargo pockets, there are also two additional pockets on the pants . These are like a sweatpants material perfect to go around and run errands or lounge around the house.

The shorts have two Velcro cargo pockets that are functioning as well as pockets on each side. The shorts also come with a functioning drawstring and you will find a logo on top of the left cargo short in the front. The back of the shorts is solid with nothing printed on it. I would say that these shorts are true to size as the model is wearing a small and that is what he normally wears.

These shorts feel like sweatpants. The inside are very warm, and they do feel a bit heavy. These would be great to wear to the gym in the winter time. I don't know that I would play sports in these just because of how warm they are. I'm 5'10” and 185 pounds wearing a size medium. They are longer in length than traditional shorts. The pockets are nice on the side to carry your wallet and keys. I like the variety of colors they offer and the price was affordable.

These AND1 riot red cargo shorts in a large and they are a really nice thick short. I think of note, they are really well priced. These are not your typical thin shorts or basketball style shorts but they are a sweatpant thickness style short. They have a really nice cargo pocket and regular pockets on the sides. The color is very vibrant. My partner featured is wearing a size large and typically wears a large at size 33/34 at 6 foot tall.

I am a tall and slender male, and normally wear a size medium shorts. These shorts seem to run a little big for the size, giving plenty of room in the legs and waist. The material is very thick and feels a lot like sweatshirt material, and even the inside is a nice soft fleece, so these may not be the best if your goal is to stay cool. The shorts have front pockets, as well as some very durable cargo pockets with a Velcro closure.

This is a size large in these pictures which is my typical size. I wear either a 36 or 38 in pants. I love this brand but do not like these shorts at all. They are a sweat pants material and are long like basketball shorts. The cargo pockets on the sides are nice. The waistband is stretchy but I don't like the style. These are off with how heavy they are. You would probably wear these in late summer or early fall?

They are a bit longer especially if you are average or shorter in height. The pockets are convenient for busy parents or for walking our dog. Overall they are nice and seem week made, just a bit long.

These shorts in size 2XL fit husband well. He's in size 44 pants and 5'11, 250 lbs. I'd say he's more of athletic build and big thighs. These shorts are a thick fabric and decent weight. They're about knee length. A cotton/poly blend is not too bad for fleece. It's good for fall weather in CA. Pockets are neat and not too ‘utility' looking. He thinks stretchy waist is comfy too.
