[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are new chicken parents so this is our first coop. We have 6 chicks that will go out to the coop in a few more weeks and I think they'll love it, plus there's room for chicken math 🤣 It looks great and seems very sturdy. We've had some heavy rain since putting it together and it's stayed nice and dry. It seems like a great sturdy coop! We are working on building their run now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if my review will be accepted or not due to modifying the original product. Anyways, I had my husband conjoin two of these large coops together for one jumbo coop because I quickly decided I wanted more chickens. It took some time and effort and we still have a few things left to do do before it's 100% ready but it has came together beautifully and I couldn't be more happier. We added an automatic chicken door, adjusted the roost bars so that the wider side sat flat and also installed some heavy duty mats on the bottom prior to adding lime and bedding. This is an awesome coop and would be super easy to assemble as the single unit. But can easily be conjoined to make a bigger unit too with some experience. Overall I am super happy with my purchase and would recommend. We also plan to install hardware cloth on the windows and a few exhaust fans as well as maybe the ventilated door they offer. Other than that, this is already a very sturdy unit. I know our girls will enjoy it for many years to come. I was also super happy to get a big size in the color I loved most too! I ordered my first direct and it was a scheduled delivery vs my second through Amazon that was a no sign no appointment delivery. But both were super simple!

This is an awesome coop. My husband and son put it together in just over an hour. We like this coop so much we got another one because our flock has grown! Heavy duty quality built coop. Two things that could be improved upon: the screens on the windows are flimsy and won't protect the hens from predators (so I'll be replacing them) and the "perches" inside the coop are too close together so the hens poop on one another. I've just made a homemade "perch" to use with one that came with the coop. Great price for the quality you get!

I've had this coop for 5 years now and it is still as good as new. They sent a can of touch up paint but I haven't needed to use it. I am so pleased with the quality of this coop. You can buy cheaper options but they won't last a year. It keeps my girls cool in the summer and snug in the winter. It was definitely worth the investment.

I purchased the large chicken coop and could not be happier with my decision. The customer service was great, as I had not noticed a coupon code for a discount when I ordered. I contacted them and they gave me the discount. The coop was shipped quickly and properly. The freight company kept me notified as to the date and time of delivery. Assembling the coop was very easy with 3 people. Two carried and held the pieces, while the third finished the pre-started nails. Make sure all your tongue and groove type pieces are fully inserted. The finished product looked just like the pictures. They even sent the drill bit and Allen wrench needed to complete the assembly, as well as some spare screws and small cans of touch up paint.

This coop is overall a great product and the palletization method is very end user friendly. The one star deduction was for the roosting bars that came with cracks and chips that required sanding and shaping to make them acceptable and less prone to cause foot problems for our chickens. Given the price paid, this quality assurance oversight should not have been my problem to fix prior to use.

I bought this a few months ago, but we were not able to put it together until today. It sat in our metal shop, but the humidity is so high here that the boards warped. Took a 5-in-1 and rubber mallet to get it all together, So far I am happy. One thing I wish is I could have not had the the door locks and gotten a discount. I did paint mine, because I didn't like the rust color and that was all that was available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and moved my 6 week old chicks into it one week ago. Love the product it came faster than I thought. Very easy to put together. The height is correct on the website, but I was expecting it to be where I could stand up in the coop. I am 5'2 and have to stoop. I have silkies so the roost bars are too high for them. I will need to build something to go under the roost bars with a ladder. My chickens are safe and secure at night.

The product seems to be a very good quality overall. However, with some of the screws in harder to get to areas I would recommend taking the screws out, and using a drill bit a size larger than the company used, and redrilling the holes before trying to screw them in. My reasoning for this is when I was trying to screw in the roof the screw would shove the roof out of place rather than go into the board. The only other issue is we had to remove a piece of trim on the nesting box side to get the man door side in place. An easy fix to put it back in place. Overall, I would recommend this product. It is so much easier than a do it yourself project unless you have the time to design, purchase materials, cut, and build one.

This is my 2nd large size coop. The fit on this one was not as good and some gaps exist. Bowed panels made it difficult to slot into the trim recess. Also, the vinyl floor covering has been replaced with some type of paint. Still a very good coop but not as good as the 1st one purchased.
