This playhouse was absolutely perfect for my daughter. I turned it into a sensory playhouse for her. It's very roomy. We got this on a Black Friday deal so it came with free assembly and they were in and out within 30 minutes. Everything works. Only downside is a few pieces were chipped because it's wood. But it won't matter to her because I'm sure she's going to mess it up somehow, she's 4. It's also tall: I can stand inside it and I'm 5'4. My 9 year old even loves getting in it. Would definitely recommend this.

Gingerbread Style House

Very Nice Little House, this one is kept indoors so not sure how it will hold up outside, but it is primarily made of a cedar type of wood so should be ok outside and all edges are stained. All in All, it's a very cute gingerbread looking house with nice trims all around. The Children Love it.
