This wooden playhouse has been a great addition for my kids. It feels sturdy and well-made, and it actually looks nice in the yard. Assembly took a bit of time, but the instructions were pretty straightforward. My kids love having their own little space to play and use their imagination. They spend a lot more time outside now. This assembly is pretty straightforward, but the directions dont have any words. You absolutely need a cordless drill for this, and it does come with the correct drill bit. The best part is the extras - door bell, birdhouse, sink, pots %26 pans. My kids are thrilled with this but be aware it takes a couple of hours to assemble

Excellent little house!
Adorable little house! Arrived late but was packed well and is great quality! The parts were all labeled well except for the roof pieces and from start to finish it took about 2.5 hours to assemble. It has a nice cedar scent, for the most part all the holes lined up perfectly and it went together great. When I got to the roof portion I did have to drill holes as there was no way they would align in the predrilled spots. Not a problem and for the money and time I think this is a great option. I have built a couple of these houses by different brands and this one was the most simple to assemble so far. My daughter wanted a pink door so we did paint that for her but otherwise all the options it came with were perfect. She absolutely loved the little doggy door, doorbell, birdhouse and telephone. It's so nice that it also has a mini kitchen with a pan spatula and spoon. Both my kids have been outside playing in it for hours now!
