It arrived very efficiently packed. We loved how each set of screws was in its own bag labeled by the product letter. My husband and I put it together in about 2 1/2 hours and surprised our grandkids. We were worried about the assembly, but it went incredibly smoothly. The kids love it. I think the door doorbells been rung 1000 times in the first three days.😂

Most importantly, the grandkids love this house. While the constructions is middle of the road, I fully expect it to hold up for at least a couple of seasons. I'm in the upper midwest so winter and summer chew up any outdoor toy. Assembly was time consuming (6 hours) but doable by one person, two are helpful in a few spots. The other reviews I read that say you need to drill pilot holes are wrong. If two holes don't line up you probably have the wrong piece or have it upside down. While all screws go through at least one hole not all have or need pilot holes. Just take your time and make sure to line everything up before screwing it down. Overall I like this house and would buy one again if I needed another.
