Received quickly(2 days). Just in time for our snowstorm today. Easy to assemble. Batteries come with double sided C cables. You'll need USB charger adapter. My phone charger worked. We fully charged batteries. My grandson (17) then went out. It was fun watching him use it. He had so much fun using, and cleared everything in no time. We have a long concrete driveway, sidewalks, and steps. He said, " We should have boughten one sooner." He loves it.

Love this battery operated snow shovel! It is lightweight and throws the snow quite a distance. Battery lasts a long time. Spouse bought one too but his can direct which way to blow snow which is even better. Now we can really clear snow. They both work great even on deeper snow that is more than a couple inches deep.
