Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker Combo

I've owned every type of smoker there is, from propane to stick burner, to Electric. The only type I haven't had is a pellet smoker. I held out for someone to come out with a charcoal smoker with the same convenient features of a pellet smoker. Masterbuilt has done it. I love this smoker, it does everything I wanted it to do and more. The only complaint I have is the cooking area size. So when the bigger version comes out, if I can afford it I will be getting it too

I have a pellet grill and a gas grill but both can't do what this grill can do. My pellet grill can't sear and the gas can't smoke. This grill does it all. It controls the heat better that my pellet grill and smokes just as well. Heats up faster and the charcoal lasts longer during the cook. I've put it through a good test by cooking just about every type of meat my family and friends like from Rib-eyes to hot wings, spare-ribs to sausage. It's the most versatile grill I have ever owned.
