This dumbbell set is all you need!

I love this set! Nice not having to mess with loading other plates manually. It's so easy to use. Just turn the handle with only 'one' hand to select the weight you prefer. I can now get rid of my other dumbbells. 52.5lbs may not be much for heavy lifters, but I'm 70 yrs old so this is just right for me!

I bought these on sale which was a must. The dumbbells work great. Quick change of weight. Just a slight learning curve to start using them. When putting them back into the cradle just make sure everything is lined up, and also give them a slight shake before completely lifting them out to make sure they are locked in place. There are better quick change dumbbells but they are 2-3x the price. Must be used with cradle, so place them in the area you want to use them.

Easy to use %26 ready out of the box. When I first started using this product I would hear a click as soon as I picked up the dumbbells as if it wasn't quite locked in place. However, I haven't heard it lately. Maybe I'm getting better at ensuring the weight is selected properly before I begin using them.
