Must have.

I love it. It gets cold fast. I can also use it when I'm out of the use and check the temp on my phone and turn it on and off. It's perfect for my cat I can make sure the cat stays cool while I am out of town. I also can use it with my Alexa on my phone and with my Alexa echo. It also has a heater if it gets to cold. The window slot is very thin so you barely notice it's in the window. Also made my electric bill go down don't have to run window AC.
