Package arrived 4 days before it was supposed to so that was awesome. I love that it’s a smoker and can also crisp your meat. Works fantastic and very easy to use

We love this smoker. The 1st grill we have ever had that keeps the whole cook area an even temperature. Our 1st and only smoker that only takes 5 to 10 max to actually get pre heated. our old pit boss took like 30 to 40 mins . And so did the Cuisinart. I do miss the open flame on those for a char outside . But with playing around Im finding running the temp up to max Im ablento get a little Sear. And with more finesse and trails I'm pretty confident and happy . I think its a great Smoker and we plan to get the 670 next which is the only one with an open flame. Ill add it dows have a nice smoke flavor . More enhanced due to no smoke chimney. So keep that in mind. We like it but anything new can make the kids wondering whats different. But The most even cooking and easy to cook perfectly meat. Our meat is the most tender and delicious 😋. Debating Not even getting the 670 bc its just the kids opinions but they are teens and have a preference and we want everyone to enjoy family dinners to the max. But they are getting used to it and enchantment of the sear over time with the even controled heat will make meat better then beforehand Im confident in.
