smoker is great and works fantastic. only issue is with shipping item arrived damaged with bent components and didnt discover until it was unpacked and a return would require repacking it which would be more trouble than anything. had to take a hammer and pliers to unbend the damage.

I paid $96 to have it assembled and they delivered it and contracted the assembly with Angi and it was a nightmare. They never came and I can’t get a refund from Walmart and it’s driving me crazy. PLEASE HELP

recieved a damaged grill. been trying to return item but keep giving me the run around. trying to force me to allow them to send me parts for me to fix the issue myself. been 3 weeks and still avoiding the return process
