The first smoker arrived with a large dent but the company took care of the situation immediately. Easy to assemble instructions. Operating is easy. Turn it on, watch the temperature, fill the hopper and let it work. We used smoking pellets and it achieved great results. Easy to clean. Wipe it done and scrap off the grates. Good quality material.

No one has come out to complete the service. As a result, I had to arrange for installation independently. To date, I have not received a refund for the installation fee I paid.

Great smoker for the price once you assemble it

Incredible smoker that does 90% of the work for you, automatically holding temperature and neatly directs most meat grease to a side bucket, making it easy to clean. The assembly was a PITA with a few parts coming dented and instructions not being easy to read in some places, but I managed to fix them with some hammer hits and assemble the entire thing in about 3 hours.
