I love this little thing. Makes tonight's meal and tomorrow's lunch all at once. I do take the extra step of thickening flour and water in a fry pan in advance to prevent a "bread on the bottom" mess, but there's probably a better way. I substitute onion soup occasionally, and have you tried Louisiana Hot Links as the meat? That's HOT! Dare you! Basic recipe: Can onion soup can of water 2tbs flour Medium potato Celery - 1 or 2 stalks Carrots - 1 or 2 Two hot links - Bar M Beef Jalapeño Combine onion soup, water, and flour in fry pan over medium heat, whisk until all flour is converted. Cut up potato and place on bottom of crock pot with whole links above. Add remaining ingredients cut up. Pour onion sauce over all. Cover. Set cooker on Low. Go to work. Later, arrive home to a glorious aroma! Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

This is the perfect size for 2 people! I got a book of slow cooker recipes for two people, and I've been working through a recipe a day. This little slow cooker makes just enough so that I have one leftover meal for my next day's lunch at work, along with dinner for two. I put it on a 1000W timer - since my food is plant-based I don't need to worry about it sitting out on the counter for a few hours until it starts cooking. It's made perfect meals four days running now. It's so great to come home after work to a hot, cooked meal. Great buy for a great price!

I have to admit that I am so very pleased with my new crockpot. It’s very stylish and perfect sized, it doesn’t take up much space at all and it’s very easy to clean and to use. It’s perfect size for a family of two or four. It’s very convenient for making a great dinner to slow cook all day while at work and very nice to come home to a great, delicious homemade dinner or can make breakfast or lunch even. It’s very nice and works great. I’m going to buy my son and daughter in law one for an anniversary present. I would highly recommend this
