I use copious amounts of ice, I put this upstairs so I don't have to go get ice. I filled in morning, had ice within 8 minutes and had iced drinks continuously all day Sunday with extra left over. I love it and the ice cubes are far superior to what my refrigerator makes.

I love this adorable little machine!

I got this for my bedroom because I am not well. I have not turned it off since I turned it on. The description didn't say so but it does recycle water. It's fairly quiet though not silent. Once I was asleep and the ice basket was full it stopped of course. After eight hours I woke up to a full ice chest. It's cute as a button even though I was sent the wrong color. I requested blue and got turquoise. But it works with my blue room. Best purchase I have made in a long time.
