Great Adjustable Dumbbells

I have owned these for several months and I am very pleased with my purchase. I use them four times per week. The twist from one weight setting to the next is quick and easy. The weights are secure and safe. If I had more money, I would have purchased a set that automatically adjusted length and had a 2.5 lbs difference instead of 5 lbs. but I don't. These are excellent with those exceptions in mind.
