Note I am a 5'4" woman appx 200 lbs. I've just assembled this and done a lap. I cannot help but rave about this thing! I previously had a budget proform spin bike that was $279. Due to issues with the pedal arm I had to tosd it. I was looking for another budget spin bike and you really can't beat this thing's price and size. Plus it is even better than the proform because EVERYTHING can be adjust to insure a safe fit. I couldn't adjust my other bikes' handlebars and I had limited range for the seat . With this bike I've got everything positioned properly (with the help of a youtube video) and now I can feel the full body workout without my knees hurting. Even better is the fact I already have the Fitshow app for my walking pad which was definitely a selling point for me. Before I had to use external Wahoo sensors to track. The fit show app tracks everything about your workout in great detail including speed, max, min, and average heart rate, cadence, etc. And the footprint for this bike is seriously compact! I have a garage gym including a walking pad, compact elliptical, stepper, and now this bike for my cardio equipment. The bike always gets my heartrate up the fastest! And finally the resistance can be very challenging if you want it to be.
