GREAT Customer Service

I want to review the customer service for this company. We ordered this for our grandson. When it arrived, he got too excited and dropped the unit out of end of the box. It caused the throttle wire to break. We called customer service to try to order a new throttle. After we sent them pictures and explained what happened, they sent us a brand new scooter at no extra charge. We will keep M8TRX in mind any time that we are in the market for one of their products. That kind of customer service is rare and appreciated... And the scooter is really nice as well! It comes almost fully assembled. It just needs to be removed from the box (carefully!) and have the handle connected to the base.

Daughters first electric scooter

I was hesitant to get an electric scooter for my daughter but this one was a great starter scooter since it only goes 8mph. It is also easy to balance even if you haven't rode a scooter before. I got it on sale, so I wouldn't recommend paying full price.

Very Nice Steady, High Quality E-Scooters

Brought it for the Twins Birthday and they love it. Both electric scooters were easy to assemble as the handle bars is the only thing that you put together. The speed is a good velocity for my 5-year-olds who have previous e-scooter experience on their old 3-wheels e-scooter. The baseboard is wide and long enough for both of their feet to fit on comfortably. I like the back braking system as it's easy for them to control their speed and jump off if needed. Not heavy at all for little ones. The only feature I wish it had was the folding handlebar for easy transporting in the back of the car when heading over to the park. Nevertheless, the kids love it and we look forward to having much outdoor fun with it soon. Right now, I'm letting them practice in the house until their helmets come. Thanks for a nice quality product! It's made of great material and it's very steady and safe for my little ones. Also, they hold a strong battery life as we have not had to charge them since the first initial charge about 2 weeks ago.
