For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

We bought a smaller version of the Tuscany rug for my husbands Mancave. My son and his gf loved it so much, and my husband wanted a bigger one... so we gave the smalker one and ordered the 9x12. Its so 70's and thats our decor, as its coming back. We love it. Price was great.
