Microwave: in a round 3-quart microwaveable glass casserole dish,combine rice-pasta mix And 2 tablespoons Of margarine, butter or spreadwith no trans fat. Microwave uncovered at high for 1 minute. Stir.Microwave at high 1 To 2 more minute(s) or until pasta is golden brown.Remove dish From microwave And allow To cool for 1 minute. Caution; dishwill be hot. Slowly stir in 2 2/3 cups water And special seasonings.Cover And microwave, at high 19 t0 22 minutes or until rice is tender.Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Range top: in a large skillet,combine rice-pasta mix And 2 tablespoons Of margarine, butter or spreadwith no trans fat. Saute over medium heat until pasta is golden brown,stirring frequently. Slowly stir in 2 cups water And special seasonings;bring To a boil. Cover And reduce heat To low. Simmer 17 To 22 minutesor until rice is tender.
