The quality of the stitching and material is ideal for carpentry (construction), mechanical work (automotive repair, ...etc.), and anywhere shorts are not against safety policies. I wear these daily in uncontrollable climates, and even in the high heat they are comfortable. You will not regret wearing black on hot days. The material breaths really well, but at the same time keeps your body temperature regulated when entering a cold environment. I have never had a pair of shorts that I could go from 90 degree temperature into a below freezing cooler and not feel the coldness through my shorts; certainly never had any clothing that I could stand 90 degree temperature that was the color black. Closest comparison of quality and comfort is Dickie clothing. However the price tag doesn't even compare. Buy these up before the demand goes up and you're left wishing you'd got them while they was cheaper.
