user manual

Must have someone computer savvy to install the timeclock & setup. Manual could be clearer. Manual should be written with the customer in mind. Not everyone is a computer whiz. A regular person should be able to look up on the index to find where to find a particular item. A regular person should be able to read the instructions & be able to understand the instructions. A regular person should not have to read between the lines for additional instructions. A regular person is the one buying items.

Does the job

Looking for something to track time within the office without the wear and tear on cards or having to remember a card to punch in and out during the day. The fingerprint time clock served the purpose perfectly. So far so good!
