Details The Champion Neck Machine has arm pivots that run on precision flange bearings for smoother action and a removable pin to restrict direction of head movement. Because it's a four-way machine (front, back, left, right), it works all the neck muscles. Seat is height-adjustable for more efficient workout. Made of 2" heavy-duty steel tubing with black powder-coat finish. The Champion Neck Machine comes with gray or black pads.

Nice piece of gear for the price
Easy to assemble. One-picture instructions were easy enough to follow. Well-made and sturdy. Went together in about 15 minutes. You just need to know that it requires Olympic-style weights with 2-inch holes in the plates, not the 1-inch holes used in older weights.
