I was delighted to find that I could purchase these bags. I had been looking for quite a bit. One our family's favourite meals is an apricot curry Cornish game hen. I have found that if I have any leftover, I can just put them in the parchment bag, and put in the oven to heat. They come out moist and tender rather than dry and overdone. Very pleased that I could also purchase apricot nectar. A great success!

Love these parchment bags

Thick and can withstand high temps without burning. I often split the bag in two and lay flat for things like pizza in my air fryer oven and other things. Works great just wish more came in the box bec they run out so quickly. Bulk size available?
