Setup

I was disappointed that I had to pay an extra 65.00 to get set assembled. I was quoted 99.00 set up fee. Person stated that he was only paid for two hours and he hadn't finish putting set together. I was at work and had to Zelle him an additional 65.00. I was not happy and felt that I had no choice but to pay him since I didn't have number to person who sent him out.

GREAT SET, just couple little hiccups!

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SET IS GREAT.. The only problems we had: We paid for professional assembly. After they rescheduled me twice, I got my grandson to assemble it for us... No problem, go the refund. I think I have two front pieces missing from the set. The way we arranged it, you do not see it, but I'm afraid they may be support pieces??? Anyway, I would have given it a 5 star, if not for those two things. I love it, it looks great, and very comfortable.

I'm only writing this review because I cancelled this service on both after I had assembled the first order of my two part orders and they still showed up two days later on the Fourth of July and now I'm trying to get my refund of a $164 they said 5 to 10 days.
