Assembly good, quality of product not so good

The person who assembled the 9 piece set was very nice and professional. I was happy that he pointed out defects with 2 of the chairs. I have messaged the seller, but 5 days later no reply. So assembly good, quality of product and experience with seller not so good.

Setup

I was disappointed that I had to pay an extra 65.00 to get set assembled. I was quoted 99.00 set up fee. Person stated that he was only paid for two hours and he hadn't finish putting set together. I was at work and had to Zelle him an additional 65.00. I was not happy and felt that I had no choice but to pay him since I didn't have number to person who sent him out.

I didn't need the service

I'm only writing this review because I cancelled this service on both after I had assembled the first order of my two part orders and they still showed up two days later on the Fourth of July and now I'm trying to get my refund of a $164 they said 5 to 10 days.
