It is super comfortable and very well made. It reclines all the way back. You can move the arm rest up and down to get the perfect height you want for them. Good weight for it, would definitely recommend.

I bought this chair for my husband, he has neck and back damage and sitting can be very uncomfortable for him. This chair has both adjustable lumbar and neck support with a back tilt adjustment better than most cars! All that and a great price! I saw the same chair for about $80 more at a big box store.
