This makes baking easy.

I have always sifted my dry ingredients but what a hassle with the hand mechanical sifters. I found this battery sifter years ago by this same company an earlier version and wow it made a big difference in time and frustration. I have since then purchased quite a few and given them as gifts to friends as was this purchase. I have also purchased and upgrade for myself this newer model which is excellent.

I've had one just like this for about 4 years. Would hate to go back to squeezing the handle to sift 4 cups of flour. Just push the button and it's sifted in 1 minutes. I loved mine so I bought one for my daughter.
