Great purchase!!!

Item was Sealed. Everything that was advertised was present. Happy with purchase! Great system for beginner to intermediate exercisers! Allows you to progress with program. The nutrition and fitness guides plus journal were each over 100 pages- very thorough. Most detailed program material I have ever seen offered. This program sets you up for success. Comes with resistance band but backgrounders also use dumbbells (not included) so you choose. Highly recommend!
