Yummy Ice Cream

This ice cream maker is AWESOME. I'm very happy with it. It only takes about 5-10 minutes to mix all the ingredients and add it to the ice cream bucket. You then choose your setting and time, press start, and wait about 40-60 minutes. The ice cream is like soft serve right when it's done, but if you freeze it, it becomes a more traditional consistency. This maker is awesome because the whole unit does the mixing AND freezing/cooling. NO ice needed. It comes with a recipe book, scooper, rag, spatula, and measuring cup. The touchscreen is very modern and sleek. Recommended.

Cool, Cool Summer in under an hour.

Our Summer just got a whole lot better. We live in Florida and I have been shopping ice cream makers to create some lower sugar and fresh ingredient creations to enjoy. I have considered everything from attachments to our mixer, frozen inner containers, frozen ice cream base then it's blended - it's a sea of choices, for sure. With our daughter in college, a countertop model seemed feasible, as the 1 quart yield is the perfect 'treats for 2' amount. I was surprised by how big the machine actually is for only a one quart sized bucket. It's not huge, but it is definitely a decent sized countertop footprint. Ease of operation with most things being intuitive. The manual is extremely helpful and includes a recipe book for several summer yummies. We had to try frozen yogurt first and absolutely fell in love with the speed of operation and luscious texture of handmade, homemade dessert. It is a bit pricey, but there's no hassle with freezing bowls or deciding a day ahead that you would like ice cream. With the Inoviva Ice Cream Maker, you can have a frozen treat in the same time it takes to make brownies or cookies. So happy to have found this!
