Great Product But !!!

I've been using HR block for over 10 years and I'm very satisfied with the software the only comment I have is that it does not have a provision for the term EXEMPT on my 1099r form from the NYS Retirement System, my pension is Exempt from NYS income tax and the term EXEMPT is noted in the box for state income tax withheld

Good solid tax program.

Good program. Used it forever so, I am probably biased. Finding the prayer years saved text files seems to be a small issue. Only windows computer it took me a while to find the check box. I know of someone on Apple computer or a Mac who still hasn't found there last year file.

Generally good but need to fix shortcomings

Don't understand why you can't support the opportunity zones especially now that they have been extended. At least include the information 8797 form. That would take about an hour to code (less with AI). Additionally, this years program had a glitch and wouldn't accept a value code A value on line 11 of K-1 which caused a number to be put on line 25k of the 1040. You wouldn't allow electronic submission with a value in that field and you said it was because the irs wouldn't allow it. However, turbo tax allowed an electronic submission of it so you just didn't update it for this year. Shame on you!
