Not ready for filing

You can buy the software, attempt to do your taxes, may be successful; but only after updates that can take days or weeks. I'm still waiting on an update to file my State taxes. Federal was filed, but had to wait for days for an update to do that. Not impressed.

Overall I like the program which I have been using for many years. However, the IRS rejected my 2017 e-filed return because of the incorrect 2016 gross adjusted income that it pulled from last year's return. The number is correct on my 2016 return, but the 2017 program used a different unknown number.

I bought this program that advertised the ability to prepare 6 tax returns. On October 15 I submitted my 6th return for e file and got a message I had exceeded my efile limit!!!!!I WAS NOT WARNED!!! I HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO FILE A TIMELY RETURN!!!!I. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW 6 TAX RETURN BUT ONLY EFILE 5!!!! IM DISGUSTED!! COULD NOT FIND HELP ON YOUR SOLUTION CENTER AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH A LIVE PERSON, ON OCTOBER THE 15TH !!!!!! NO EFILE SUPPORT!!!@
