final fantasy

This was brought for my 12 yr old and he and I were both fasinated with the graphics. He is very into final fastasy games and movies

Decent Movie- Innovative for it's time

I know many people who are disappointed by this movie b/c it doesn't follow the style or story of other Final Fantasy products. This was made by the same people, but it is a completely different story. Poor marketing aside- On its own, it's a pretty good movie- cgi movies were a new frontier when this came out, so it is a nice milestone on the way to more polished & colorful cgi films. The story is interesting &, if you allow yourself to view this as a movie and not as a "Final Fantasy" movie- you may actually enjoy it.
