Final Fantasy (DVD)

As a fan of the sci-fi genre, I had high hopes for this movie even though it is unrelated to the Final Fantasy video games. Fortunately I was not disappointed. The story although not completely original was both well executed as well as thought provoking. And the computer animation was surprisingly lifelike, especially the the creature effects. Overall it was a very entertaining movie. Plus the special features on the bonus disc are a lot more detailed than you might expect. So if your interested in the movie making process the 2 disc special edition of this film is worth the extra cost.
