I absolutely love love love Dr. tail's body wash. I started using the magnesium potassium zinc one because I thought my magnesium potassium was off and when I started using it, my leg stopped cramping and my skin and just fell overall better. Definitely recommend.

This is plain Epsom sauce which are and I like the fact that it doesn't have any additives in it it is really good for your skin you do have to moisturize afterwards if you do need so it doesn't dry your skin but it doesn't have moisture added like a lot ofsoaps “ do. The best way for human to get magnesium in your body is through your skin I don't know how many people do that but that's true even if you take a foot soak it helps tremendously but having this to lather up and cover your skin with is to me I have a great option. I really like it and I had my own scent later
