I use my PC for work all day, every day, and then quite a bit for recreation on evenings and weekends. I'm extra careful about repetitive stress injuries. I love my ERGO! Once I got used to the tilt, my wrist got much happier. The new greater tilt is even better. Also, Logi hardware quality cannot be beat. I'm always shocked when a Logi trackball wears out, because it takes years of heavy use to happen. <3
